Terms and conditions for by-stolt.nl

On every order and remote agreement at STOLT! and consumer the Terms and Conditions apply.

An agreement is concluded at the time you place an order.

After placing the order you will receive an order confirmation. This contains an overview of the ordered items.

The order confirmation is also your invoice. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours by e-mail, please mail it to info@by-stolt.nl

The prices mentioned are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.

You pay the amount due via IDEAL, Credtitcard or PayPal.

STOLT! has most of the products in its range in stock and strives to ship orders within 3 working days after receipt of payment.

Due to different fabric compositions, the dimensions may vary slightly from those indicated on the website.

If a product is not in stock and probably can not be delivered within 14 working days, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution. (STOLT! cannot be held responsible for consequential damage caused by products that cannot be delivered.).

If desired, you can cancel the part of the order that cannot be delivered free of charge by e-mail. Any amount already paid will then be refunded to your account within 14 working days.

If a part of your order is in stock and another part is not in stock, STOLT! has the right to wait 14 days with the delivery of the goods that are in stock to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.

If STOLT! deems it necessary to divide an order into several packages, you only pay one shipping cost per order.

In accordance with the right of withdrawal upon delivery of products, the consumer has the option, without giving any reason, to dissolve the contract during 14 working days. The period begins on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer. During the period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product.  If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all delivered accessories – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to STOLT! according to the instructions.

Always enclose a copy of the invoice. After confirmation from STOLT! the article can be returned well packaged and sufficiently stamped. The costs of revocation are at most those of the shipping costs. C.O.D. shipments are not accepted. The amount already paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days after the return.

In case of an apparent error by our company, the costs of returning the goods are for the account of STOLT!

For example, by the settings of your monitor or the type of lighting in your room, the colors of the products may differ from the colors you see on your monitor.

STOLT cannot be held responsible for these colour deviations.

Shipping costs

We ship with TNT POST. For orders we charge a shipping and handling fee of € 4.95.

If you live elsewhere in Europe you can also place orders. For each order we charge a fixed amount of € 6.95.

Our packages will be sent by parcel post via Post NL.

Privacy Policy

Personal data is recorded in our customer database and used for processing orders and sending the newsletter. This data will not be passed on to third parties.

All images and texts on the STOLT! website are copyrighted. Reproduction in any form is not permitted without the written consent of STOLT!

Complaints procedure

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to STOLT within 7 days, fully and clearly described, after the buyer has discovered the defects. The submitted complaints will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, STOLT! will respond within the period of 14 days with an acknowledgement of receipt and an indication of when a more detailed answer can be expected.

All matters not covered by these conditions are at the discretion of the owners of STOLT!
